Bowen & Watson, Inc. is an industry leader in construction management. Troy L. Bowen, Sr. and Harold L. Watson established Bowen & Watson, Inc. in 1956. After working as partners with their father for more than twenty-five years, Kevin and Keith Watson now own and operate the firm, which is known as one of the oldest and largest General Contracting & Construction Management teams in Northeast Georgia.

During their fifty-four year history, construction of K-12 projects has become Bowen & Watson’s specialty. Their record of excellence and achievement in the development of quality schools has become a catalyst for their company’s growth. Bowen & Watson, Inc. provides effective risk management by proactively managing scope definition, schedule compliance, and cost and quality control during all phases of the construction process. While actively providing Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build services, Bowen & Watson, Inc. also performs many of their projects as a Construction Manager (CM) at-Risk. They were among the first to start offering these services for public school projects in Georgia and South Carolina.
